What are paraprobiotics?

Most so-called “probiotic” skincare actually contains no live probiotics, but rather prebiotics, postbiotics or fermented derivatives. WundrME™ takes a different approach: our formulas combine prebiotics with paraprobiotics made of whole bacterial cells, inactivated yet structurally preserved. Thanks to QT ShieldMe™ technology, their structure is retained without them being able to multiply or colonise the skin. They can thus interact with skin cells and the microbiome, in a formulation that is more stable and better controlled than live probiotics.
